Veselin Vukovic old – new boss of the Metaloplastika profession from Sabac made a call to the players and started preparations for the new season. Vukovic will play the SEHA League and the EHF Cup with the Blue.
- Completely complete, the boys from the junior national team came, but at the moment they need the most rest. I gave them a few days off to rest and the team will join on August 5th.
Will you hire another player?
- I’ll see when the team completes what I have at my disposal. Depending on what I will see next. If we have to, we will need to hire a left back who is big and able to play defense in position four.
What are the ambitions in the SEHA League?
- It’s hard to talk about it now, because the schedule will be a little tight, too, and I don’t understand that SEHA is under the auspices of the EHF and they’ve scheduled us in the middle of a major week. Then we will have a big break and everything but what to do. When it comes to ambition, I can honestly say that I don’t have some big ones, but we want to compare ourselves to richer and better clubs and see where we are and what we are prepared for.
Is Metaloplastika is ready for a step up from the previous season?
- I hope, but it won’t be easy or realistic. We will be pacing the playoffs, there will be six teams with the same desire, but after three rounds we will know who has the chance. I hope that Metaloplasty will be in that circle, Veselin Vukovic concluded.
