After microphone the head coach of Elverum at the Champions League match against Wisla Plock, the EHF Commission allowed the use of the Tablets at the upcoming European Women’s Championship held in December 2018 in France.
The Initiative for the Use of the Tablet was requested by the Federation of the Netherlands. However, the use of the tablet will be limited and the rules for use for such technology will be delivered by the EHF Commission soon to all participating countries. In addition to the aforementioned newspaper, the idea is to allow coaches to wear headphones during the game but without audio link with the stands also at the upcoming championship.
Coaches have a chance to improve their way of working with technology and it will be very interesting to see how they will use it.
