Serbian national team coach Nenad Perunicic saw the duo of Switzerland and Serbia (29:24) as part of the second round of qualifications for the European Championship 2020:
– I’m proud of these guys because we were ready for the fight for 60 minutes. We showed this in spite of some things that did not go hand in hand from the very beginning. It’s a hard way to go. I hope that the boys are not seriously injured, Kukić and Mošić, both have wounds, one on the head, the other on the leg. Just to be good. We had a huge desire. We showed character to the very end. We had to improvise some things, but it’s important to me that we had the goal of fighting, giving, dedication, and we did it.
