It’s my view of the handball. I am the trainer who is ambitious and in line with that I work. I do not mind the current situation, I’m trying to see it further. All I see, they give us the rules. The essence is that handball adapts to the audience. Audiences love goals. I was like a player like that. I am such a trainer, I want to satisfy the audience. All players who have been on the list so far, all have the chance to be on the EP. I have a show of handball in which I do not like specials, but we used them in qualifications. I did not play as I wanted, but the imperative was to go to the EP. I used all the resources to get to the EP. We have come, now we are turning to the future. This is also seen through the push of players we will get for the future. We have to respect the potential, and we endure inexperience. Good estimates have been made. Ciric is a player who was not in the selection, but something is what we need. We need a middle back who is completely subordinate to the team. We make two types of attacks, we have two types of middle backs, so let’s see one subordinate team. Such a toy is needed. We know who is waiting for us at EP. To make the result without any real foundation, we have to be special. We will try to be special in Croatia.

We know what a goalkeeper means in handball, that he must have 15 balls so that the team can count on victory. It takes a naked experience. Many times I met illogical things in my career. We have young goalkeepers, but I hope something goes beyond the logic. I believe in these guys. Cupara and Ivanisevic are extraordinary. There is no talk of their quality. They are young, but they can fit into my theory. Although they are young, they can be a support. If not now, then surely in the next 10 years. I will be very pleased if it is already in Croatia, and if it does not, I know we will provide goalkeepers for the future.
About defense, the selector has remained mysterious?
The accusation in the previous week was on the offensive. I’m very pleased. As far as the defense is concerned, we are a little pukka. I have an idea how the defense should act in its full composition. I do not want to find out. We will be special in this segment of the game. Not to think of neglecting the defense. Far from that. In the attack we came to what we wanted. That segment of the game will be our biggest weapon. I do not ignore any way of defense. I do not stick strictly to 6-0 as 90% of the team. As a sport, we are in the backdrop for others and in a big problem. We are very late in terms of this work. We’ve never been in this position where we are now. Our selection goes from the second league. In accordance with the contract I have and what I should do, and with the acceptance of my report by the RSS feeds that contain this segment, I think that today we should determine the people who will work and who will us through 3-4 It will lead to good results in younger categories and modern A team players. In line with this, which was approved by the Board, I prepared people who would work with younger categories. The junior national team will be Djordje Rasic with assistant Nenad Perunicic. The cadets will be led by Vladan Jordovic with assistant Nedeljko Jovanovic. With the pioneer we went into a regional principle. Vojvodina with two coaches Miroslav Lajić and Đurađ Trbojević, There are Zoran Todić and Nenad Maksić in Belgrade, while Zoran Ivić and Miroslav Đorđević Jerry in central Serbia. We started a positive story. A long-term plan will be adopted for all selections. The work must be adapted to the most modern handball. A team of people who are capable of doing a job is appointed. We can not wander anymore and let the inexperienced coaches work arbitrarily. There must be a system of work. This can be done by people who are experienced in this business. Thinking in perspective, we want to enable young trainers to work this day tomorrow. This is the best way to get a lot of money, and nothing gets lost, and when the trainers and the kids are concerned. It will be an unusual cooperation. We will all participate in the selection and control of work. Working on these bases can only bring the result. For everything that happens, I am personally responsible.
Seniority results bring kids to sports
The result A selection also defines the children in which the sport will be. We will do our best to change this with good results. This is inevitability. Maltene is in the third category of sports, we need to calm down by doing more and better to get back where there are better-quality sports. If I only worked in A selection, and I would not take anything from younger categories, and I see it as a catastrophic situation, I would not be honest either with the country or in sports.
