Spanish Granollers believes that with his coach, Antonio Rama, they can get to the final tournament in EHF CUP!

Once Granollers, it was always Granollers that was the motto of one of the best Granollers and Coach players since 2014 by Karlos Vivera, but after the 2015/2016 season. and after the Nantes final in the EHF CUP, the popular El Gentleman left his club and took over the Spanish Women’s National Team. His successor is Antonio Rama from whom Granollers expects much.

Antonio Rama led Granollers to the group stage of the EHF CUP with victories over the Hungarian Balatonfured.

„We hope that we will reach the quarter-finals after the group phase and that we will be good in every game,“ said Rama, who set goals for the group stage of the EHF CUP against Shamberi, Azot Pulawi and Wacker Tun.

Antonio Rama looks forward to his new international experience.

– Being part of EHF CUP and group stage and competitions throughout Europe is very important for our club, our fans, the city and sponsors. It is very important for me to have a new experience, a different level of handball and with all that I will progress as a coach.

Granollers is playing well and is now in the group stage, Rama said, and hopes for a bigger success than the quarter-finals. All German and French teams are my favorites for the final tournament in Magdeburg and I hope and my Granollers conclude a young expert Rama.
