The man was the selector of the national team for five years, twice he failed to qualify for the Olympic Games, he won one fourth place and he found it appropriate to talk about our national team and Croatian handball. What we have done is more than history, this is something that will remain in the annals of Croatian sport. We did not want to complain all this time, we did not point out that Tea Pijević did not sleep for two nights due to illness and cramps. This is a night to celebrate, to glorify Croatian heroines. Handball is something worth investing in, but it has been followed so far only from January to January when the men’s national team plays. I sincerely hope that handball will be lived in December from now on – said the selector Nenad Sostaric.
